It wasn't an easy task to find a sire that appealled to me as much as Akeron, the father of the Amboseli-litter. But I have had my eyes on Fåvne for several years and as he lived close by I also got the chance to observe and interact with him in a variety of situations and surroundings. He has impressed me much over the years with his calm and steady personality, combined with trainability and an eager to work. He is also a very sociable dog, although still with the dignity of a true Ridgeback!

Fåvne has one previous litter in Sweden at Mopani kennels (10 puppies). Several of his offspring from this litter compete in obediance and fieldtracking and they have overall nice conformation. 7 of which are x-rayed with HD-A/B and AA-A, 4 have gone through a MH with great results and are gunshot proof.
